Round Jaws Four Coils for Beavers and Otters Minnesota completely rebuilt this trap. New features on this bridger 2 trap include a much heavier dog with a night latch and a galvanized bolt with a nylon locknut to maintain the tension of the tray where you want it to catch after catch. They also improved the pivot and J-hooks, added a “spring keeper” to keep the 4-coil springs in place, and placed a steel spacer between the tray posts to allow you to adjust the tension of the tray to the desired level. Bridger #2 traps, Bridger traps (coil spring trap, duke #2 coil spring traps, duke 1.5 coil spring trap, coil spring animal traps, duke coil spring traps) and bridger 2 traps traps have a slight gap in the jaws. It allows the spring levers to close more when the animal is caught to make more holding power and is made in Taiwan.
